Titania Tower

MADRID – SPAIN

Systems: Venetian Blinds

Fabrics: Aluminium

Architecture: Pablo Muñoz and Pedro Vilata

With more than 100 meters in height and a total of 27 floors, the Titania Tower stands as one of the most emblematic buildings of the famous Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid.

Commissioned by El Corte Inglés and designed by the architects Pablo Muñoz and Pedro Vilata, the Titania Tower has been designed to be an example of a sustainable building, incorporating the latest technologies in order to ensure greater energy efficiency and reduction of energy consumption in more than 60%.

For the windows of the building, the architecture studio has relied on Bandalux incorporating motorized aluminum venetian shades with 25 mm slats. Manufactured with 100% high quality aluminum, the aluminum venetian shades allow you to perfectly adjust the sunlight up to 180 ° on its horizontal axis and adapt to irregular spaces, like curved surfaces in the specific case of the Titania tower.
