Opened in 1936, the Setai Miami Beach Hotel was a trendsetter for the Art Déco style, a movement that combined constructivist, cubist and futurist influences. The Setai Hotel was designed by architect Henry Hohauser and to this day is still hailed as a building of great architectural wealth, as it has conserved its style to perfection, much to the enjoyment of the guests of this oceanfront resort.

In the year 2015, the Setai Hotel began its remodeling with architects Alayo & Denniston Int'l. Bandalux took part in the project, with installation of the technical shades. For this project, Bandalux installed Premium Plus roller shades with brown Pinpointe fabric and Roman shades in the rooms. Solar protection solutions with blackout fabric to guarantee the privacy of the guests of this luxury hotel in Miami Beach.
