SeiMilano is a residential complex located in the southwest of Milan, where the design concept is deeply intertwined with the integration of the surrounding park and the architectural configuration of the buildings. The residential structures feature three distinct forms: loggias, balconies, and conservatories/bay windows. These elements create clean, linear aesthetics with varied visual planes, drawing inspiration from Milanese rationalist architecture.
For this project, Bandalux provided its Premium Plus roller shades with cable guides, offering both solar protection and precise fabric tension across the three glass loggia planes. The chosen fabric, Polyscreen® 403 in tobacco, complements the façade, maintaining the building’s cohesive color palette while ensuring functionality.
