For energy efficiency, the façade was carefully designed using prefabricated modules and a gradual change in scale, adding great dynamism. The use of dark colors allows the building to stand out in its environment.
Our Premium Plus roller shades were installed in the student bedrooms to enhance comfort and provide privacy. They were combined with Blackout fabric for its textile appearance, contrasting with the industrial design of the building.
