LoPaA - Boulevard Auriol

PARIS - FRANCE

Systems: Z-BOX roller shades

Fabrics: Trend Light Bo and Polyscreen® 403

Architecture: Sophie Delhay

LopaA is a 57-unit residential building located in Boulevard Auriol, Paris (France). For this project Bandalux has exclusively developed a blind that combines two fabrics, Blackout and Polyscreen®.

The over one hundred Z-Box roller shades installed have responded successfully to the architectural approach, which is based on: making the most of natural light, creating comfortable spaces for tenants, and generating optimum acoustic comfort in an area of intense urban activity. Bandalux has actively contributed to the Boulevard Auriol building achieving the following certifications: Effinergie + and NF Habitat HQE Excellent, Biosourcé (1st level), classifying the project as a high-performance, quality and sustainable building in all stages of its life cycle.

The user can completely block out the light thanks to the Z- Box system, which comes with a Zip- Deep lateral zip guide and Max terminal. A combination that along with the blackout fabric makes it the best alternative to blinds.

Moreover, the Z-Box box and components are made of aluminum and stainless steel. A highly technical system capable of withstanding windy conditions of up to 250 km/h* - , certified by the CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment) in accordance with NF EN 13561 - NF EN 1932 Standards.*according to roller shade dimensions.

Our Z-Box roller shades are concealed and integrated into the prefabricated wooden panels that make up the façade, thus favoring thermal insulation and acoustic comfort. Polyscreen® 403 and Trend Light BO are combined to form a single blind that retains the properties and will help guests to create the ambience they desire at any given moment.
