Farà House is a residential complex in Milan, Italy, offering 73 apartments of varying sizes, from studio flats to spacious five-bedroom units. What sets these residences apart is the use of high-quality materials and sleek, contemporary design, as well as internal courtyards that provide natural light and ventilation throughout the spaces.
For this project, Bandalux installed its Premium Plus roller shades with Polyscreen® 351 fabric in white linen. This solution enhances comfort by providing superior solar and thermal protection, making the living spaces more pleasant while complementing the building’s refined aesthetic.
