To satisfy the comfort and efficiency standards of the Duquesa Castrejón building development, a combination of different roller blind systems have been installed in addition to draperies: Zi-Box, Z-Box, Arion and Premium Plus.
Our Zi-Box and Z-Box feature Imagine Blackout fabric for total bedroom privacy.
Both Premium Plus and Arion roller shades feature white Polyscreen® 351 fabric, providing common spaces optimum solar protection throughout the day.
The building was awarded with the Passivhaus certification, which rewards energy efficiency.
