Systems: Premium Plus roller shades
Fabrics: Polyscreen® and Blackout
Architecture: Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates
Located near the Miami Design District, the Baltus House is a residential building that stands out for its undulating façade that was inspired on the waves of the bay. Hence, this edifice reflects the purest architectural style of Miami. This striking edifice with ocean views was built in 2015 under the direction of Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates Architects.
The Bandalux Premium Plus roller shade system was chosen for this Miami residential complex. For the bedrooms of this unique building, the designers opted for roller shades with blackout fabric and channels, to guarantee 100% darkness. The living rooms were adorned with roller shades with decorative head rail strips and Polyscreen fabric, a highly decorative solar protection option that enables the buyer to match the fabric of the shade with the furniture.
